Editor’s note:
   Section 1 of Ord. 9692, adopted August 12, 1986, repealed the city’s civil defense provisions, codified in §§ 9-1 through 9-9 hereof, as derived from the 1964 Code, §§ 2-24 through 2-32; and Ord. 7599, § 1, adopted August 16, 1977. Section 2 of Ord. 9692 added provisions concerning the office of emergency management in lieu thereof, as set out in §§ 13-36 et seq. of this code.
