Editor’s note:
   Section 1 of Ord. 9692, adopted August 12, 1986, repealed the city’s civil defense provisions, codified in §§ 9-1 through 9-9 hereof, as derived from the 1964 Code, §§ 2-24 through 2-32; and Ord. 7599, § 1, adopted August 16, 1977. Section 2 of Ord. 9692 added provisions concerning the office of emergency management in lieu thereof, as set out in §§ 13-36 et seq. of this code.

ARTICLE I: IN GENERAL
§ 9-1 SHORT TITLE.
   This chapter shall be known as the Community Facilities Agreements Ordinance or CFA Ordinance.

§ 9-2 REFERENCES TO THE POLICY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF COMMUNITY FACILITIES.
   All references to the policy for the installation of community facilities contained in the city code or city policies after the effective date of this chapter shall mean and refer to this chapter.
