Editor’s note:
   Ord. 17154, § 1, adopted September 12, 2006, amended the code by adding provisions designated as a new App. C, Subdivision Ordinance. Amendments to Ord. 17154 will be indicated by a history note cited in parentheses following the amended section. Absence of such a note indicates the section derives unchanged from said ordinance. Subsequently, Ord. 17851, § 1, adopted October 30, 2007, repealed Ch. 31 and replaced the contents with the contents of former App. C. Section 2 of said ordinance amended the title of Chapter 31 from “Subdivision Regulations” to “Subdivision Ordinance.” The provisions of former App. C have been renumbered by the editor to match existing style of the code.
