Ord. 17154, § 1, adopted September 12, 2006, amended the code by adding provisions designated as a new App. C, Subdivision Ordinance. Subsequently, Ord. 17851, § 1, adopted October 30, 2007, repealed Ch. 31 and replaced the contents with the contents of former App. C. Section 2 of said ordinance amended the title of Chapter 31 from “Subdivision Regulations” to “Subdivision Ordinance.” See Chapter 31, Subdivision Ordinance.
