No person shall willfully interfere with the removal of any vehicle, pursuant to § 28-115.1, by or at the direction of the Police Department.
No person shall remove or attempt to remove any impounded vehicle from storage, except in accordance with the provisions of § 28-115.1.
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

It shall be unlawful and a violation of this ordinance to deposit or cause to be deposited in any parking device a slug or other metal as a substitute for coins of the denomination of the United States.

It shall be unlawful and a violation of this ordinance for any person not so authorized to deface, injure, tamper, open or willfully break, destroy or impair the usefulness of any parking device installed under the terms of this ordinance, or aid and abet in doing the same.

It shall be the duty of the City of Flint DDA to designate an individual to make regularly scheduled collections of the money, tokens, or other such items deposited in parking devices. It shall be the duty of such person so designated to collect all such items and deliver same to the DDA or direct to a designated bank in accordance with the regulations to be prescribed by the DDA.

The coins to be deposited as provided in this article are levied under police authority as a regulation of City traffic, and for the purpose of providing additional revenue to the City of Flint DDA to continue to revitalize the downtown district.

ARTICLE VIII. TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES
To assist in the direction and handling of traffic, the Traffic Engineering Division may install and use raised safety zones and such other signals and devices as signs, lights, lines and the like, which to the Traffic Engineer seem advisable.
