§ 5-28  AIR TRAFFIC LIGHT SIGNALS.
   In the movement and landing areas air traffic light signals may be used in case of radio failure, or to communicate with nonradio equipped vehicles. All drivers shall be familiar with and observe such signals. Signals for use of ground vehicles are:
   (a)   Steady green. Cleared to proceed.
   (b)   Steady red. Stop and hold; wait for green signal.
   (c)   Alternating red and green. General warning, to be followed by steady light of appropriate color.
   (d)   Flashing red. Clear runway immediately.
   (e)   Flashing white. Return to starting point for further instructions.
