§ 28-61  ENTERING INTERSECTIONS.
   No person shall drive or propel any vehicle within the intersection or crosswalk of two or more streets or highways until able to clear the intersection and crosswalk on the exit side with his entire vehicle, notwithstanding any traffic-control signal indication to proceed, unless such stop is required to make a lawful turn or to yield right-of-way to pedestrians within the intersections.
