§ 11-25 DEFACING OR REMOVING NUMBERS PROHIBITED.

   No person shall injure, deface or remove the numbers of any portion thereof on any building, occupancy or premises required by the provisions of this article whether he be the owner or occupant of such building, occupancy or premises, on which the same is placed.

§ 11-30 PENALTY — DESIGNATION AS MUNICIPAL CIVIL INFRACTION.

   Any person, association or corporation found in violation of §§ 11-1, 11-2, 11-10 or 11-24 shall be found responsible of a municipal civil infraction pursuant to §§ 1-10 through 1-21.

ARTICLE IV. FLOODPLAIN MANAGEMENT PROVISIONS OF THE STATE CONSTRUCTION CODE

§ 11-31 PURPOSE.

   An ordinance to designate an enforcing agency to discharge the responsibility of the City of Flint located in Genesee County, and to designate regulated flood hazard areas under the provisions of the State Construction Code Act, Act 230 of the Public Acts of 1972, as amended.

§ 11-32 AGENCY DESIGNATED.

   Pursuant to the provisions of the State Construction Code, in accordance with Section 8b(6) of Act 230 of the Public Acts of 1972, as amended, the Building Official of the City of Flint is hereby designated as the enforcing agency to discharge the responsibility of the City of Flint under Act 230 of the Public Acts of 1972, as amended, State of Michigan. The City of Flint assumes responsibility for the administration and enforcement of said Act throughout the corporate limits of the community adopting this ordinance.
