§ 11-2 NEW CERTIFICATES OF OCCUPANCY REQUIRED FOR CERTAIN VACANT BUILDINGS.

If an existing building or structure remains vacant for a period of no less than one hundred twenty (120) days the owner or agent of the existing building or structure must secure a new certificate of occupancy before said building or structure can be used or occupied.
