ARTICLE 1: TITLE, PURPOSE, SCOPE, AND ADVISORY AGENCY
The provisions of this chapter set forth the rules, regulations, and specifications to control the division of land within the city and are enacted pursuant to the general laws of the state, including the Subdivision Map Act (Cal. Gov't Code Division 2 of Title 7).
