§ 9-4.204 BLOCK.
   BLOCK. The length of the frontage along the property line between consecutive streets intersecting the frontage, and may also mean that area bounded on all sides by the adjacent streets, rights-of-way, railroads, public areas, or subdivision boundaries, and includes one or more lots or parcels.
