§ 9-4.215 FRONTAGE ROAD.
   FRONTAGE ROAD. A street or road adjacent to an arterial thoroughfare or freeway which provides access to abutting properties and protection from the through traffic on the adjacent streets.

§ 9-4.216 HEALTH DEPARTMENT.
   HEALTH DEPARTMENT. The Health Depart-ment of the county, acting through the County Health Officer or his representative, which shall advise the Planning Commission concerning matters of sanitation and public health.

§ 9-4.217 IMPROVEMENT PLAN.
   IMPROVEMENT PLAN. An engineering plan submitted by a civil engineer registered by the state showing the location and construction details of the streets, roads, drainage facilities, sanitary sewers, pertinent structures, and other on-tract and off-tract improvements required for a subdivision.

§ 9-4.218 INUNDATION.
   INUNDATION. Ponded storm water or storm water in motion of sufficient depth to damage property due to the mere presence of water or to the depositing of silt.

   LOT. That portion of land in a subdivision which is delineated or described as a single integral unit of the subdivision as shown on the map of the subdivision.
