§ 5-57 AIR TAXI SERVICE.
   (a)   Premises. The building of an air taxi service shall provide an office, customer lounge and rest rooms, properly heated and lighted; a telephone shall be provided on the premises.
   (b)   Aircraft. The operation shall own or have under lease in writing one or more four-place aircraft meeting all requirements of the air taxi/commercial operator certificate held, and all relevant requirements of Part 135 of The Federal Aviation Regulations.

§ 5-58 AIRCRAFT RENTAL.
   (a)   Premises. The building for an aircraft rental service shall provide office space, adequate space for use by the public, properly heated and lighted, and be equipped with a public telephone.
   (b)   Aircraft. The operation shall own or have under lease in writing at least one aircraft in airworthy condition.

§ 5-59 FLIGHT TRAINING; GENERALLY.
   (a)   Premises. The building for a flight training service shall provide an office, classroom, briefing room and pilot’s lounge, properly heated and lighted, and equipped with a public telephone.
   (b)   Aircraft. The operation shall own or have under lease in writing at least one aircraft, properly certificated and equipped with flight instruction.

§ 5-60 FLIGHT TRAINING; BUILDING REQUIREMENTS.
   The building for a radio, instrument or propeller repair service shall provide an office, rest rooms, and shop and hangar space meeting not less than the minimum standards required for FAA repair shop certification. Telephone service shall be provided on the premises.

§ 5-61 AERIAL CHEMICAL APPLICATION SERVICE.
   (a)   Premises. The building for an aerial chemical application service shall provide an office and storage area space, and be equipped with telephone service.
   (b)   Aircraft. The operation shall own or have under lease in writing, and based upon the premises of the operation, at least one aircraft in airworthy condition. All aircraft used in the operation shall meet the requirements of Part 137 of The Federal Aviation Regulations, and all applicable regulations of the State.
   (c)   Storage area. The operation shall provide a segregated chemical storage area, which is protected against any access by the public or unauthorized personnel.

§ 5-62 SPECIALIZED COMMERCIAL FLIGHT SERVICES.
   (a)   Premises. The building for a specialized commercial flight service shall provide properly heated and lighted space for an office, and be equipped with a telephone.
   (b)   Aircraft. The operation shall own or have lease in writing at least one aircraft with proper certification for the operations engaged in.
