DIVISION 2. SPECIFIC OPERATIONS
§ 5-53 AIRCRAFT SALES.
   (a)   Premises. The building shall provide an office, public lounge with telephone, and a display area, with proper lighting and heating, except heat need not be provided to the display area. Paved pedestrian walkways and a paved apron from the building to the lot line, shall be provided. Where public parking is not immediately available, an adequate parking area for automobiles shall be provided.
   (b)   Dealerships. Each operation selling new aircraft shall hold an authorized factory dealership franchise, and all legal licensing requirements shall be complied with.
   (c)   Aircraft. Each dealership in new aircraft shall have available at least one (1) current model aircraft demonstrator, and provide for demonstrations of additional models of the same manufacturer.
   (d)   Service. Warranty service with an adequate stock of parts shall be provided, either by the dealer or by arrangement with a repair shop specializing in the make.

§ 5-54 AIR FREIGHT.
   (a)   Premises. The building shall provide an office, storage space for freight, docking facilities and rest rooms, properly lighted and heated. Space shall be arranged on the premises adequate to park and maneuver aircraft and ground equipment.
   (b)   Aircraft. The operation shall own or have under lease one (1) or more aircraft adequate to perform the service offered.
   (c)   Equipment. The operation shall own or have under lease, sufficient and adequate ground equipment to provide safe and efficient transport and handling of cargo.

§ 5-55 AIRCRAFT FUEL AND OIL DISPENSING.
   (a)   Premises. The building shall provide an office public lounge with telephone, and restrooms, properly lighted and heated. An aircraft parking area with at least six (6) tie downs shall be provided, and a private automobile parking area unless public parking is immediately available Paved pedestrian access walkways and an apron from the building to the lot line shall also be provided.
   (b)   Equipment. The operation shall be equipped with emergency aircraft starting equipment, fire extinguishers, aircraft engine heaters, portable pressure tanks, oxygen supplies, and towing equipment
   (c)   Facilities. At least two (2) metered, filter- equipped dispensers, either fixed or mobile, for dispensing 80-87 and 100 octane grades of gasoline and storage tanks for each grade with capacity of at least 10,000 gallons each shall be provided. Separate pumps and meters shall be used for each grade. If mobile dispensing units are employed, they shall have a minimum capacity of 300 gallons for each grade of fuel.
   (d)   Services. The operation shall provide services as follows: Fueling; parking; tie down; tire inflation; oil changing; and minor repairs not requiring mechanical rating.

§ 5-56 AIRFRAME AND/OR POWER PLANT REPAIR.
   (a)   Premises. The minimum adequate space provisions in a building used for an airframe or power plant repair service shall be at the discretion of the Director of Aeronautics. A public telephone shall be provided. Private automobile parking space shall be provided unless public parking is immediately available. In addition, the operation shall provide adequate paved pedestrian access walkways and paved apron from the building to the lot line.
   (b)   Equipment. Sufficient tools, repair equipment, supplies and parts shall be available to perform repair and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer’s and FAA specifications and recommendations.

§ 5-57 AIR TAXI SERVICE.
   (a)   Premises. The building of an air taxi service shall provide an office, customer lounge and rest rooms, properly heated and lighted; a telephone shall be provided on the premises.
   (b)   Aircraft. The operation shall own or have under lease in writing one or more four-place aircraft meeting all requirements of the air taxi/commercial operator certificate held, and all relevant requirements of Part 135 of The Federal Aviation Regulations.

§ 5-58 AIRCRAFT RENTAL.
   (a)   Premises. The building for an aircraft rental service shall provide office space, adequate space for use by the public, properly heated and lighted, and be equipped with a public telephone.
   (b)   Aircraft. The operation shall own or have under lease in writing at least one aircraft in airworthy condition.

§ 5-59 FLIGHT TRAINING; GENERALLY.
   (a)   Premises. The building for a flight training service shall provide an office, classroom, briefing room and pilot’s lounge, properly heated and lighted, and equipped with a public telephone.
   (b)   Aircraft. The operation shall own or have under lease in writing at least one aircraft, properly certificated and equipped with flight instruction.
