(a) Premises. The building shall provide an office, public lounge with telephone, and a display area, with proper lighting and heating, except heat need not be provided to the display area. Paved pedestrian walkways and a paved apron from the building to the lot line, shall be provided. Where public parking is not immediately available, an adequate parking area for automobiles shall be provided.
(b) Dealerships. Each operation selling new aircraft shall hold an authorized factory dealership franchise, and all legal licensing requirements shall be complied with.
(c) Aircraft. Each dealership in new aircraft shall have available at least one (1) current model aircraft demonstrator, and provide for demonstrations of additional models of the same manufacturer.
(d) Service. Warranty service with an adequate stock of parts shall be provided, either by the dealer or by arrangement with a repair shop specializing in the make.
