Storage of gasoline, kerosene, ethyl and other flammable liquids, including those used in doping and finishing, shall be in compliance with regulations of the American Insurance Association and the National Fire Protection Association, copies of which are on file with the City Clerk. Empty containers originally used for these flammable liquids shall be removed without delay and not put to other use.
