Storage of rubbish, waste paper or other easily flammable waste matter in hangars or other structures, or within twenty (20) feet thereof, is forbidden; provided, however, that oily waste, rags, etc. may be temporarily stored in suitable fireproof containers, of metal construction with air-tight covers, approved by the City Fire Marshal. All waste, of whatever kind, shall be removed from the airport within forty-eight (48) hours.
