All persons moving about the airport shall travel only on roads, walks or places provided for the particular class of traffic, and all persons shall so use such roads, walks or places as to not hinder or obstruct their proper purpose.

Dogs and other animals, including birds and the like, shall be restrained by leash or otherwise confined under control at all times while on the airport. No animals shall be permitted in the terminal building or landing area, except “seeing eye” dogs in company of their masters.

Any person finding lost articles at the airport shall deposit the same with the Flint Police Department, which articles shall be disposed of by the Director of Purchases in the same manner as all other lost, abandoned or confiscated property. No person shall intentionally abandon any personal property on the airport.

No person shall foul, soil, sully or litter the airport, its properties or facilities, nor injure, destroy or disturb the same in any way. Refuse and other materials shall be placed only in proper receptacles provided for that purpose.

No person except peace officers, Federal, airport or aircraft carrier employees, members of the United States armed forces on official business or other legally authorized persons, shall carry any firearms, explosives, or concealed weapons on the airport unless first granted permission in writing by the Director of Aeronautics; provided, however, that encased sporting guns may be carried if handled in compliance with all laws and posted rules of the Director of Aeronautics. All persons at the time of entry upon the airport in possession of any article so proscribed shall immediately surrender the same at the office of the Director of Aeronautics, or to any police officer.
