§ 5-7 FREE SERVICES NOT TO BE PROVIDED.
   No free service shall be furnished by Bishop Airport to the City or any person, firm or corporation public or private, or to any public agency or instrumentality.

§ 5-8 DISPOSITION OF REVENUES; MAINTENANCE AND SUFFICIENCY OF RATES.
   The rates hereinbefore established are estimated to be sufficient to provide for the payment of the expenses of administration and operation of the Bishop Airport and such expenses for the maintenance thereof as may be necessary to preserve the same in good repair and working order; to provide for the payment of the interest upon and the principal of all bonds payable therefrom, as and when the same shall become due and payable, and for the creation of a reserve for the payment of principal and interest as required in this ordinance; and to provide for such other expenditures and funds for said airport as are required by this ordinance. Rates shall be fixed and revised from time to time by the City Council so as to produce the foregoing amounts, and the city covenants and agrees to maintain at all times such rates for services furnished by the said airport as shall be sufficient to provide for the foregoing.

§ 5-9 RESTRICTED AREAS.
   Where public safety, welfare or efficient operation of the airport reasonably require limited access thereto, the Director of Aeronautics shall establish restricted areas and post the same as being closed to the general public. No person shall enter any such posted restricted area except:
   (a)   Persons assigned to duty therein;
   (b)   Persons authorized by the Director of Aeronautics;
   (c)   Aircraft passengers, when directed by a person authorized under subsection (b) above, entering the aircraft parking apron area to embark or disembark.

§ 5-10 SOLICITING, BILL POSTING AND THE LIKE.
   Except where specifically authorized in writing by the Director of Aeronautics, no person upon the airport shall:
   (a)   Solicit for any purpose;
   (b)   Offer for sale or sell any merchandise or services;
   (c)   Post, distribute or display any signs, advertisements, circulars or other printed or written matter.

§ 5-11 VEHICLES FOR HIRE.
   No person shall operate from the airport any vehicle for hire unless the operation has first been approved by the Director of Aeronautics.

§ 5-12 USE OF ROADS AND WALKS.
   All persons moving about the airport shall travel only on roads, walks or places provided for the particular class of traffic, and all persons shall so use such roads, walks or places as to not hinder or obstruct their proper purpose.

§ 5-13 DOGS AND OTHER ANIMALS. 
   Dogs and other animals, including birds and the like, shall be restrained by leash or otherwise confined under control at all times while on the airport. No animals shall be permitted in the terminal building or landing area, except “seeing eye” dogs in company of their masters.
