§ 12-42 LOITERING PROHIBITED; PRESENCE OF JUVENILES.

Loitering in the facility as herein defined shall not be permitted. Juveniles must be accompanied by their parents or must be in the establishment for the purpose of using laundry and/or dry cleaning facilities.
