§ 41-4  PROFANE, INDECENT AND THE LIKE LANGUAGE PROHIBITED.
   (a)   No person, while in any building owned, occupied or otherwise used by a school within the City, shall utter any profane, indecent or immoral language towards any person or while within the hearing of any other person.
   (b)   No person, while on any lands owned, occupied or otherwise used by a school within the City, shall utter any profane, indecent or immoral language towards any person or while within the hearing of any other person.
