(a) No person not a student or employee of any school located in the City, or parent or guardian of any student enrolled therein, shall remain within any school during normal school hours without securing the written permission of the principal or person in charge of the school.
(b) No person not a student or employee of any school located in the City, or parent or guardian of any student enrolled therein, shall remain on any lands owned, occupied or used by any school within the City, and adjacent to a school, without securing written permission of the principal or person in charge of the school.
(b) The term
STUDENT as used herein is hereby defined as any person of school age and enrolled in the school at which he or she then is present.
