DIVISION 2. MOTORCYCLES AND MOTOR-DRIVEN CYCLES
Every person operating a motorcycle or motor-driven cycle upon a roadway, shall ride as near the right side of the roadway as practicable, exercising due care when passing a standing vehicle or one proceeding in the same direction.

No person operating a motor-driven cycle or a motorcycle shall pass between lines of traffic, but may pass on the left of traffic moving in his direction in the case of a two-way street or on the left or right of traffic in the case of a one-way street, in an unoccupied lane.

(a) Every motorcycle and motor-driven cycle operated upon a highway, during such time lights are required, shall display lighted lamps and/or illuminating devices as provided for in this ordinance.
(b) No person shall operate any motor-driven cycle between the hours of one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise, at a greater rate of speed than 35 miles per hour, unless the motor-driven cycle is equipped with head lamp or lamps which are adequate to reveal a person or vehicle at a distance of 300 feet ahead.
