Act 284 of the Public Acts of 1964, being MCLA § 141.601 et seq., and MSA § 5.3194(11), as amended, providing for a uniform City Income Tax Ordinance, with all of its terms and conditions, is hereby adopted pursuant to authority contained within State statutes.
