§ 33-4 PICKING OR BREAKING FLOWERS, PLANTS AND THE LIKE.
   No person shall pluck, break, trample or interfere with any flower, plant or shrub in any public park, ground or boulevard.

§ 33-5 REMOVING OF TURF AND THE LIKE.
   No person shall take, remove or carry away any sward, gravel, sand, turf or earth in any public park, ground or boulevard.

§ 33-6 PLACING RUBBISH OR FILTH IN PUBLIC PARKS AND THE LIKE.
   No person shall place or deposit any dead carcass, filth, dirt, stone or other matter or substance on any public park, ground or boulevard.

§ 33-7 POSTING NOTICES, SIGNS AND THE LIKE; EXCEPTION.
   No person shall hang, post, place or put any bill, notice, sign, placard, carpet or other encumbrance on any tree, fountain, post, railing, fence or other erection in or surrounding any public ground or boulevard. This section shall not prohibit the posting of advertisements on public grounds designated as municipal golf courses, provided that prior approval is obtained in writing from the Department of Parks and Recreation and the sign conforms to all standards and regulations promulgated by the Department of Parks and Recreation.

§ 33-8 WADING OR THROWING STONES IN POOLS, FOUNTAINS AND THE LIKE.
   (a)   No person shall throw any wood, sand, stone, thing or substance into any basin, pool or fountain in any public park, ground or boulevard.
   (b)   No person shall swim in any basin, pool or fountain in any public park, ground or boulevard, except:
      (1)   In a swimming pool; or
      (2)   Where the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation has posted signs allowing swimming.
   (c)   No person shall wade in any basin, pool or fountain in any public park, ground or boulevard except:
      (1)   In a swimming pool; or
      (2)   Where the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation has posted signs allowing wading.

§ 33-8.1 VANDALISM; REIMBURSEMENT FOR DAMAGE; RESPONSIBILITY FOR MINORS.
   (a)   It shall be unlawful for any person to destroy, damage, deface, remove, injure or in any other manner vandalize any property owned by or under the jurisdiction of the Department of Parks and Recreation of the City of Flint.
   (b)   Any person convicted of vandalism of any property owned by or under the jurisdiction of the Department of Parks and Recreation shall reimburse the City of Flint for up to three times the amount of damages as determined by the court and as provided for in Public Act 280 of 1969, as amended, being MCLA § 318.251 and MSA § 13.1064(1).
   (c)   The parents, guardians or other persons having control of any minor child shall be held liable for the violation of any of the provisions of this section by the minor child.
