Fire Department
   EDITOR'S NOTE: The City enters into Agreements from time to time with the International Association of Fire Fighters, Local 334, AFL-CIO, which Agreements provide for rights, privileges, duties and immunities of the City and Fire Department personnel, conditions and incidents of employment, benefits and the like. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between any of the provisions of this chapter and a provision of such Agreements, the latter controls. Copies of such Agreements and of all relevant legislation may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.

234.01   ESTABLISHMENT AND COMPOSITION.
   A Fire Department is hereby established in and for the City. The Department shall consist of the Fire Chief and such other officers and employees as may be determined from time to time by Council.
