(A) The Mayor is hereby authorized to adopt a Cost Recovery Policy for the Lima Fire Department to obtain reimbursement for funds expended in the clean-up of hazardous materials incidents, upon the terms and conditions he or she deems appropriate.
(B) The Auditor of the City is authorized and directed to receive all such funds and deposit and record them in the appropriate account, and to issue his or her warrant or warrants against the appropriate account in payment of the obligation herein authorized upon presentation of the proper voucher or vouchers therefor.
