Police Department

   EDITOR'S NOTE: The City enters into Agreements from time to time with the Fraternal Order of Police, Ohio Labor Council, Inc., which Agreements provide for rights, privileges, duties and immunities of the City and Police Department personnel, conditions and incidents of employment, benefits and the like. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between any of the provisions of this chapter and a provision of such Agreements, the latter controls. Copies of such Agreement and of all relevant legislation may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
