234.02 DUTIES OF FIRE CHIEF.

The Chief of the Fire Department shall also act as Chief of the Bureau of Fire Prevention. In the event of the temporary absence or disability of the Chief of the Fire Department, all the authority herein conferred upon the Chief to act as Chief of the Fire Prevention Bureau shall be vested in the Acting Chief of the Fire Department.
