A. Violation; Minimum Penalty: Any person convicted of a violation of any section of this Code shall be fined in a sum not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) except for the violation of any of the following sections, and as to any violation of the following sections, the minimum fine shall be the amount set forth below, as the case may be:

B. Violation; Maximum Penalty: Any person convicted of a violation of any section of this Code shall be fined a sum not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). No imprisonment for failure to pay such fine, penalty or cost shall exceed six (6) months for each offense.
