No person shall use any type of leg-hold animal trap or other animal trap that could cause cruelty to animals within the City limits without the written approval, guidance and direction of the Health and Sanitation Department. Anyone found guilty of violating this section shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (1997 Code; amd. Ord. 0-19-01, 2-25-2019)
