A. Number Allowed At Residence: No person in charge of a residence shall keep, harbor or control more than four (4) dogs, four (4) cats, or a combination of four (4) at his/her residence. (1997 Code; amd. Ord. 08-05, 6-13-2005)
B. Unoccupied Residence: It shall be illegal and improper for any resident or nonresident of the City of Colona to house or keep animals or pets of any nature at a residence which is unoccupied. (Ord. 08-05, 6-13-2005)
C. Penalty: Anyone found guilty of violating this section shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 0-19-01, 2-25-2019)
