It shall be unlawful for any person to:
A. Commit any indecent or immoral act; or to appear in any public place not properly or decently garbed.
B. Present, exhibit, conduct or take part in any indecent, lascivious or obscene show, play, theatrical, exhibition or other form of entertainment.
C. Present or exhibit sexual parts of the body in any place where such conduct may reasonably be expected to be viewed by others for the purpose or intent to arouse or satisfy sexual desire of the person or to void bodily wastes. [720 ILCS 5/11-9, 5/11-20] (1997 Code)
