All houses in the City shall be numbered in accordance with a uniform plan set out in the plat of the City. All numbers must be in a color contrasting to the color of the house and a minimum size of three inches (3") high. Such number shall be placed in front of or on the front part of each house is the City. It shall be unlawful for any house to display a number other than the one herein authorized. (1997 Code)
