5-4B-2: KEEPING CERTAIN ANIMALS PROHIBITED:
   A.   Disturbing The Peace: It shall be unlawful to harbor or keep any animal which disturbs the peace by loud or unusual noises 1 at any time.
   B.   Prohibited Animals: No person shall keep any cattle, sheep, goats, horses, mules, swine including potbellied pigs, or domestic fowl of the species of geese, ducks, turkeys, guinea hens, or chickens at any place or upon any premises in the City, nor shall any such animals be permitted to run at large within the City.
   C.   Beekeeping: No person shall keep or maintain any bees, beehives, or apiaries within the City. (1997 Code)
   D.   Penalty: Anyone found guilty of violating this section shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 0-19-01, 2-25-2019)
