6-2-3: PENALTY:
Persons who receive a parking ticket shall have the option of a no contest fine as established in section 5-5-1 of this code.
   A.   A person who determines to take a parking ticket to trial shall no longer be able to avail themselves of the no contest fine but would be subject to the general penalty clause of this code.
   B.   The no contest fine may apply to tickets issued during time of snowfall. (Ord. 0-17-10, 5-10-2010)
