A. Discharge: It shall be unlawful to discharge any firearm or air gun, BB gun, bow and arrow, or any toy gun projecting lead or any missiles excepting in a regularly established shooting gallery; provided, that this subsection shall not be construed to prohibit any officer of the law from discharging a firearm in the performance of his/her duty. [720 ILCS 535/3]
B. Concealed: It shall be unlawful to carry any concealed weapon in the city in violation of the laws of this state.
C. Furnishing To Prisoners: It shall be unlawful for any person to furnish or attempt to furnish or take into jail or to deliver or attempt to deliver to any prisoner therein confined or in the custody of any officer, any weapon, tool, intoxicating liquors, drug or other article without the consent of the officer in charge.
