5-2-4-3: SNOW REMOVAL ON SIDEWALKS:
It shall be the duty of the owner or resident of premises adjoining any sidewalk in the city to remove any snow or ice from each sidewalk within twenty four (24) hours after accumulation of such snow or ice. [65 ILCS 5/11-80-13] (1997 Code)
