5-4B-14: BURIAL OF DEAD ANIMALS:

No owner or keeper of any animal which may die within the City shall leave the animal unburied for more than twelve (12) hours after its death, or shall anyone bring and leave the carcass of any dead animal within the City. Anyone found guilty of violating this section shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (1997 Code; amd. Ord. 0-19-01, 2-25-2019)
