5-2-4-13: PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES IN STREETS:

   A.   Throwing Missiles: It shall be unlawful to cast, throw, or propel any missile on any street, alley or other public place.

   B.   Playing Ball, Other Games: It shall be unlawful for any person:

      1.   To play ball or throw any ball to and fro upon any public thoroughfare in the City.

      2.   To play any games upon any street, alley or sidewalk or other public place where such games cause unnecessary noise or interfere with traffic or pedestrians. [65 ILCS 5/11-80-9]

   C.   Water Flowing Upon Streets: It shall be unlawful for any person to allow any water to flow into or upon any public thoroughfare. [65 ILCS 5/11-80-2] (1997 Code)
