5-2-4-1: DAMAGE OR INJURY TO PROPERTY:
   A.   Injury To Public Property: It shall be unlawful for anyone to injure, deface or interfere with any property belonging to the City without proper authority from the Council.
   B.   Damage To City Property: It shall be unlawful for any person to wilfully, deliberately or maliciously damage, deface, or in any way render inoperative, any property owned or under the control and operation of the City. The word "property" as used hereinabove means both real and personal property, including any locks, fences, gates, chains, padlocks or other devices or fixtures whatsoever that may be installed upon or used in connection with property owned or operated by the City.
   C.   Malicious Injury To Property: It shall be unlawful for any person to wilfully and maliciously injure, deface, mutilate, remove, pull down, break or in any manner interfere with or molest or secrete or destroy any real or personal property belonging to or under the control of any person or of the City.
