5-2-4-2: OBSTRUCTION OF ANY SIDEWALK:
It shall be unlawful for any person to place or to leave any objects of any nature upon a sidewalk in the city or otherwise obstruct a sidewalk. [65 ILCS 5/11-80-13] (1997 Code)
