It is unlawful for any person:
A. To sell, offer for retail sale or to discharge any fireworks, except Class C common State approved explosives, unless expressly authorized by this chapter;
B. To sell, offer for retail sale or to discharge any fireworks except in compliance with this chapter and all other City ordinances, including, but not limited to, title 13 of this Code;
C. Under the age of sixteen (16) years to possess or use Class C common State approved explosives within the City, except under the immediate supervision of an adult;
D. To ignite, explode, project or otherwise fire or use, or permit the ignition, explosion or projection of any fireworks upon, over or onto the property of another or within twenty feet (20') of any residence, dwelling or other structure; and
E. To ignite, explode, project, discharge or otherwise fire or use, or permit the ignition, discharge, explosion or projection of fireworks in any area of the City in violation of any prohibition or limitation imposed pursuant to section 6-2-5 of this chapter. (2001 Code § 46-2-102)
