Plan review
 
A plan review fee shall be collected on all permits issued for work governed by Chapter 4, Section 1 of the City Code in accordance with Minnesota Statutes section 326B.153. This fee is based on 65 percent of the building permit fee. Basement finish and deck permit plan review fees are 10 percent of the building permit fee
 
 
 
State of Minnesota surcharge
 
A surcharge fee shall be collected on all permits issued for work governed by Chapter 4, Section 1 of the City Code in accordance with Minnesota Statutes section 16B.70
 
 
 
Special investigation fee
