A. Certificate Of Survey: The requested minor division shall be prepared by a registered land surveyor in the form of a Certificate of Survey.
B. Property Description And Submission Information: The data and supportive information detailing the proposed subdivision shall be the same as required for a preliminary plat as described in chapter 7 of this title. Exceptions, as stipulated in writing, may be granted by the Zoning Administrator. (Prior Code § 21-2-2)
C. Fee: Submission of an application for minor subdivision approval shall include a fee as established by section 3-1-2 of this Code. (Ord. 2018-13, 12-10-2018, eff. 1-1-2019)
