9-4-3: PERMITS AND INSPECTIONS REQUIRED:
   A.   Permit: A permit required by the Fire Code shall be obtained by submission of an application to the Department of Building Safety along with any fee established in section 3-1-2 of this Code.
   B.   Inspections: Inspections as required by the Fire Code shall be scheduled by the Department of Building Safety and shall require payment of any fee established in section 3-1-2 of this Code. (Prior Code § 4-2-3)
