(a) No person shall park a truck of more than one ton capacity on any tree lawn or public right-of- way on the east side of Market Street between East Jefferson and Satin Streets, or on East Jefferson Street from Market Street to the east driveway of the Jefferson Elementary School.
(b) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $50.

No person shall park a truck of more than one ton capacity, motor tractor, trailer or semitrailer in a residential area in the village at any time between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. of the following day, provided that notice of this section is posted in such residential area.
In any hearing on a charge of illegally parking a motor vehicle, testimony that a vehicle bearing a certain license plate was found unlawfully parked as prohibited by the provisions of this Traffic Code, and further testimony that the record of the Ohio Registrar of Motor Vehicles shows that the license plate was issued to the defendant, shall be prima-facie evidence that the vehicle which was unlawfully parked, was so parked by the defendant. A certified registration copy, showing such fact, from the Registrar shall be proof of such ownership.

Any person charged with a violation of any provision of this chapter for which payment of a prescribed fine may be made, may pay one half of the fine specified in the relevant section of this chapter, in the manner prescribed on the issued traffic ticket, if the violation is the first offense within a 12-month period. Any person charged with a violation of any provision of this chapter for which payment of a prescribed fine may be made, may pay the fine specified in the relevant section of this chapter, in the manner prescribed on the issued traffic ticket, if the violation is the second offense within a 12-month period. Such payment shall be deemed a plea of guilty, waiver of court appearance and acknowledgment of conviction of the alleged offense and may be accepted in full satisfaction of the prescribed penalty for such alleged violation. Payment of the prescribed fine need not be accepted when laws prescribe that a certain number of such offenses shall require court appearance.
