Motion by Councilwoman Brabender to nominate Councilman Hoyson as President Pro-tem for the year 2012.

2nd       Roll: All yea, motion carried.

Motion by Councilman March to close nominations for President Pro-tem

2nd       Roll: All yea, motion carried.

Motion by Councilwoman Brabender to appoint Councilman Hoyson as President Pro-tem for the year 2012

2nd       Roll: five yea, Hoyson abstained motion carried.

Motion by Councilman Hoyson to accept the Rules of Council Amended Ordinance 06-O-2638 passed 04/17/06 for the year 2012

2nd       Roll: All yea, motion carried.

Motion by Damon to approve the Mayor’s appointment for the 2012 ’’’’Village’ of ’’Jefferson Committees’’:

Building/ Lands:   Chair Lon Damon - Member Frank Snyder

   Finance:      Chair Brian Diehl - Member Rick Hoyson

   Forestry:      Chair Frank Snyder - Member Brian Diehl

Recreation:      Chair Kay Ann Brabender - Member Jerry March

Safety:      Chair Rick Hoyson - Member Kay Ann Brabender

Utilities/Wastewater/Services:   Chair Jerry March- Member Lon Damon

Motion by Councilman March to accept the Mayor’s recommendation to appoint Mayor Maloney to the Ambulance Board, to a 1-year term, expiring 12/31/2012

2nd       Roll: All yea, motion carried.

Motion by Councilman March to approve the recommendation of Fire Chief, John Wayman, Sr. to appoint Tom Lachey, John Wayman, Jr. and Roger Beckwith to the Fireman Dependency Board for a 1-year term, expiring 12/31/12

2nd       Roll: All yea, motion carried.

Motion by Councilman March to accept the Mayor’s recommendation to appoint Bruce Thompson to the Board of Tax Review for a three year term expiring 12/31/14.

2nd       Roll: All yea, motion carried.

Motion by Councilman March to accept the Mayor’s recommendation to appoint Kay Ann Brabender, Robin Blon, John Broom to Park Development for a 1-year term, expiring 12/31/12

2nd       Roll: All yea, motion carried.
