Motion by Councilman Damon to appoint Councilman Thompson as President Pro-Tem for the year 2009

Motion by Councilman Damon to close nominations for President Pro-Tem

Motion by Councilwoman Brabender to accept the Rules of Council Amended Ordinance 3-O-2468 for the year 2009

Motion by Councilman Diehl to approve the Mayor’s appointment for the 2009 Village of Jefferson Committees:
Building/ Lands: Chair Brian Diehl- Member Lon Damon
Finance: Chair Bruce Thompson- Member Brian Diehl
Forestry: Chair Kay Ann Brabender- Member Rick Hoyson
Recreation: Chair Lon: Damon- Member Kay Ann Brabender
