Mayor Bragga introduced Judge Robert Wynn for the swearing in of the newly elected Council Members: Councilman Jon Brabender, Councilman Rick Hoyson, Councilman Bruce Thompson and Councilman Ed Ward.

Also present: Cayce Baxley, Durward & Margaret Newhard, Pat Bradek, Patty Hoyson, E. Pengel, Kay Ann Brabender, R.A. Hummel
Motion by Judy Maloney to appoint Chairperson Thompson as President Pro-Tem for the year.

Motion by Ward to appoint Councilperson Maloney as President Pro-Tem for the year 2006

Motion by Thompson to accept the Rules of Council Amended Ordinance 03-O-2468 for the year 2006
