Election of President Pro tem: Buell nominated Nemet, second by David. Fertig nominated David. No second on the David nomination. Motion made by Buell to close nominations, second by David, roll - Nemet, yea; Buell, yea; Fertig, yea; Fertig, yea. Nemet is President Pro tem.
